Edward Pesicka
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ed Pesicka is President & Chief Executive Officer of Accendra Health, Inc., the newly branded home-based care business previously known as Owens & Minor, Inc.
Since joining the company and the Board of Directors in March 2019, Ed has guided the organization through major transformations, including acquiring Apria and divesting the products & healthcare services business operating under the Owens & Minor name. He brings more than 30 years of business and operational experience focused on distribution, manufacturing, and service in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and scientific research sectors.
Before joining the company, Ed served as an independent consultant and advisor in the healthcare, life sciences, and distribution industries from 2016 to 2023. He spent 15 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer & Senior Vice President.
Ed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Muskingum College and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Perry Bernocchi
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Perry Bernocchi is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Accendra Health, Inc., the newly branded home-based care company previously known as Owens & Minor, Inc.
Since joining the company, Perry has held various senior leadership roles and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Patient Direct, in March 2023. He led the company’s Byram Healthcare division as CEO from 2009 to 2023 and was Byram’s Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2009. He has more than 30 years of deep expertise in operations, patient services, and business growth.
Before joining the company, Perry spent five years as Chief Operating Officer of Hemophilia Resources of America and 18 years at Caremark/Coram in senior operations and general management roles.
Perry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Business Management from Rider University.
Heath Galloway
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Heath Galloway is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Accendra Health, Inc., the newly branded home-based care company previously known as Owens & Minor, Inc. Heath leads the legal, public affairs, compliance, human resources, and corporate governance functions.
Since joining the company in 2013, Heath has served in various leadership roles and was appointed General Counsel in 2023. With more than 20 years of combined private practice and in-house experience, he provides strategic legal advice and sound guidance to the executive management team and business leaders across many areas, including labor and employment, executive compensation, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining the company, Heath was a partner at Williams Mullen, a full-service law firm based in Richmond, Virginia.
Heath earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee University.
Jonathan (Jon) Leon
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Jonathan (Jon) Leon is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Accendra Health, Inc., the newly branded home-based care company previously known as Owens & Minor, Inc. Jon leads the audit, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, risk management, taxation, treasury, corporate development, and communications functions.
Since joining the company in 2017, Jon served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in September 2024. With more than 30 years of extensive experience in finance, global treasury, investor relations, and corporate development, he is focused on delivering strong performance, driving value, and positioning the business for long-term, sustainable success while ensuring financial compliance.
Before joining the company, Jon worked for the Brinks Company for 18 years, where he served as Treasurer.
Jon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
